ORDERS PAID VIA WESTERN UNION OR MONEY ORDERS: Refund for orders paid via western union or USPS money orders will be done so by company check. There will be a restock fee as indicated below for any returned merchandise.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: You must submit a claim and return damaged merchandise within 1 week of receiving. UPS does not allow but one week for claims to be filed. Once you have completed the claim process, our customer service staff will process it and replace that item. If merchandise is damaged by the customer no exchange will be allowed or refund of money.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE: If an item is returned a restock fee of $7.99 will be charged per item. Once item is received and restocked you will be able to choose the merchandise you want to replace it with. No refunds will be made for merchandise returned that is not damaged. A store credit will be given to equal out to the items value minus the restock fee.
